Fitness Classes

The Spa dedicates to you the new Fitness classes at our Gym.

Autumn/Winter 2019/20



Maximum 4 participants per class upon reservation.
 
MINDFULNESS: It is dedicated to well-know “full –attention” meditation technique. Following the rhythm of your breathing, one can experience the flow of sensation inside your body as well as the presence from the surrounding environment.

STRENGTH: It is a special training that through the use of isotonic and weight machine aims to create a tonic, well-structured and balanced body.

BOSU & FUNCTIONAL: It is a whole body, integrated, multi-joint movement that requires muscle groups to work together. It is a process that intentionally introduces balance challenges.

SUPER CIRCUIT: It is a short circuit of exercise using body weight and gym equipment with frequent repetitions, followed quickly by another burst of exercise targeting a different muscle group.

FLUITRAINING: The very first neuromuscular training designed to strengthen. Exercises are based on the use of a ball half filled with water. The unpredictability of the liquid force yourself to keep finding your barycentre and muscles will activate immediately in a fast and deep way. Targets: strength, coordination, proprioceptivity and body balance.

FLUICONDITIONING: Circuit training where not only strength, speed and endurance are trained, but also continuous work on core, proprioception and balance.

PILATES: It is a system of controlled exercises that engages the mind and the body.

R.O.M. "Range of Motion": Throughout specific movements it helps to understand how to prevent injuries and how to increase your performance.

YOGA: IYENGAR® has a focus on the structural alignment of the physical body through the development of asanas. It aims to unite the body, mind and spirit for health and well-being. The discipline is considered by its practitioners to be a powerful tool to relieve the stresses of modern-day life, in turn helping to promote total physical and spiritual well-being.

BOSU AND FUNCTIONAL TRAINING: It is a short circuit of exercise using body weight and gym equipment with frequent repetitions, followed quickly by another burst of exercise targeting a different muscle group.

CONDITIONING: It is a specific training that helps to increase your resistance, speed and strength. 

FLUIBALL & BOSU: Work of integrated stabilization of the balance, thanks to the fluiball. The cardiovascular system is increased, fun is guaranteed.
